We offer complimentary door to door shipping for all orders above S$100 delivered to addresses in Singapore. For orders under S$100, a S$6 shipping fee will be applied. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days upon order confirmation. A longer-than-usual lead time is to be expected during festive or sale seasons.  Delivery hours are Monday - Saturday, 9am to 10pm. 

Yes we do! We offer complimentary shipping for orders above USD160 for most regions. Enter your address at checkout to view the exact shipping rate.

Duties, taxes, customs-related charges, and import fees vary by country. These charges are billed separately by your local authorities and not included in the shipping fee.

We do not provide product exchanges to ensure that every item sent from us is clean and safe for use. If the product you received is not what you ordered, drop us a note with your order number at hello@softspot.baby and we'll assist you as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that any product-related issues be reported within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned to our studio within 30 days of purchase for us to conduct an accurate assessment and process the appropriate resolution.

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any cancellations or amendments. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We use high-quality materials such as organic cotton fabrics sourced from suppliers that hold internationally recognised certifications including GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX®, ensuring the materials are responsibly processed and tested for harmful substances. Most of our items are made from layered muslin organic cotton. They have been pre-washed for added softness. 

We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours. For extra protection, place your item in a laundry bag. Line dry where possible, and avoid high heat from the dryer to help preserve the softness and longevity of the muslin cotton. Always clean and dry your item thoroughly. Avoid leaving soiled fabric unwashed for more than a day.

We do not include any paper invoices in your parcel.
Every gift order also comes with a greeting card. Leave your message under 'Add a gift message' located at the cart-out menu, if you would like us to write a message for you.

LFGB is a certification that is granted after silicone material passes a series of rigorous tests to affirm that it is safe for food contact, durable and free from odours. It is a standard imposed within Europe and is known to be stricter and more comprehensive than the regular FDA testings.
